Hi Edwin,

I saw this in the sales too, that they are calling Windows Powered mobile devices Smartphones...

Still, the correct naming is pocket pc / pocket pc phone edition usually for those devices that have a touchscreen

and smartphones for the rest.

waiting your results,
Radu

radhoo wrote:Also, on your HTC hermes you could install the Smartphone version of bluemusic, the v1.0.210 in case you continue to have problems with your today screen. Im not sure, but its possible that orange has installed some kind of customization on your today screen that is causing you all these problems.

Regarding the folder program files/teksoft/bluemusic, it also contains the bluemusic.dll file, that is loaded as the todaty plugin mentioned before, but File Explorer doesn't show the DLLs by default.

Radu

I purchased and installed according to your instructions here to my Dopod 577W. IT DIDNT WORK. Strangely I cant find the bluemusic.dll file even after changing the default setting in the File Explorer. It is also not in the .cap file... Is my EUR30.00 gone with the wind....????

Dear StartGuy,
your device Dopod 577W is the HTC Hertz smartphone model. The version for you to be purchased is v1.0.210 . In this version BlueMusic app consists only in the stand - alone app wich shortcuts' can be found under smatphones' "Start" menu (there is no dll involved). Please install Bluemusic then go to Start->BlueMusic and launch it. After the main interface is displayed press action key once to start audio routing to your headset and once more to stop it (text and graphics in the interface will display apropiate status). Also the registering is done from this interface. You credits have not gone with the wind. We are here to help you in any way possible and improve you experience. Please follow the instructions from the manual on how to use bluemusic on your smartphone and get back to our forum or write us an email to support@teksoftco.com if the problem persists ;)

i could hear through my motorolla H350 for about half a second only of music.

Then i reinstall on main memory. also failed. Reset the phone in between reinstalls. tried reinstalling numerous times on main memory as well as sd card. Followed the instructions by the book but still could not get the music on the headset.

it was very frustrating.

Dopod 838 pro

Postby scrowther » Thu Nov 30, 2006 6:51 am

I purchased the programme through Handango (version 1.0.300) and installed the "signed" version on my Dopod 838pro which runs WM5. I entered the registration key obtained by email.

The programme still stops after 30 seconds. There is nothing available on my today screen (start/stop buttons): there is no check box for bluemusic under "items".

The programme works for 30 seconds diverting sound to myiTech bluetooth headset when I press the button on the headset istelf.

Help!

StartGuy, sorry but I can't get any other idea to what's happening with your device. The BlueMusic was tested on the Hertz and it worked perfectly.

So, must be your Bluetooth Headset. Is it working properly as a hands free in your phone calls? Can you use it for Voice Command / Voice Dial?

Did you try contacting the Teksoft Support?

HTC Hermes + BT Nokia HS-4W TROUBLE

Postby micha » Wed Dec 13, 2006 11:47 pm

Hi,

BlueMusic build 1.0.400 + HTC Hermes (aka O2 trion) + Nokia HS-4W.

I'm not able to receive any voice from my HS-4W with Media Player or Skype. With the cell phone module does the HS-4W an excellent job.

By the way, with HS-4W I can't use the voice dialer. Only repeat the last call. Is it probably the reason of trouble?

Tomorrow should receive a mono BT-headset from Jabra. Let us surprise what I'll reach with this one. Otherwise I'll try to test BlueMusic with my another PDA (ASUS P525) and with the same HS-4W.

Any suggestion regarding this combination BlueMusic build 1.0.400 + HTC Hermes (aka O2 trion) + Nokia HS-4W? I believe that I'm not first here with such troble (BlueMusic build 1.0.400 + HTC Hermes).

Thanks.
micha
